What Changes in Practice
With visual management applied to loading, the operation will quickly answer critical questions such as:
- How many trucks are at each stage?
- Where's the bottleneck now?
- What's the average loading time?
- What is the actual daily capacity of the operation?
In addition, the panel enables historical analysis, comparison of shifts, teams and days of the week, supporting strategic decisions and continuous improvements.
